I think my improvement in my trading journay comes for severals sides, @mfbreakout, @tigertrader, @bigmike, in general about to trade longer holding time, wider stops, and seeing higher time frames, in that line i considerer Pascal an important aportation in my develop. I try to follow a lot of things for tigertrader (try to study the charts he uses, try to follow his advices, etc)
I went to pascal site because tigertrader recommend him as one of the people that really knows about the market.
I found the daily /weekly analysis very usefull ,also the real time(several minutes delayed) study he offers for effective volumen can help to support how the day is behaving
I learn with him about the importance of longer time frame, and context.
Mainly he works on swing trading, but i find very usefull that knowledge applying to daytrading

i planning to study more in details his method for swing trading stocks, when i have time.
for now i am focus on ES, and i use the pascal material on my daily /weekly study as the charts of EV of ES /SPY /20DMF on my trading sessions.

one key before to spend money in some data/education is how to know this is serious/good or not?
in this case i have the luck to have the previous recomendation for the number 1, on top of that the ratio quality /price is excelent.
