Program to scan stock picks & how to use them

I started to get acquainted with the Think or swim platform and they do have a tool to filter out stocks that would fit to what your looking for. Im still not quite sure how to use it... but more or less is there a program that is a little bit cleaner. It's kind of all cluttered and not user friendly.
