Yeah that was hell of a move. All on a headline most people hadn't seen yet! I'm not sure I understand the reaction. Even if all of OPEC increases, they can't offset a fraction of Russia's production.

Yeah I see it on twitter at 12:29, and it didn't really flush until about 5 minutes later. You know how headlines are... just a little catalyst, and then everyone's positioning does the rest.. especially in a super thin market like this.
