Go on Tools -> instrument manager -> select the instruments you want and add them to the right list.
Then always on Tools -> Historical Data Manager -> Download -> select the instrumet on the right list and click on tick and select the range data you want -> then click on Download.......
Take your Pips, go out and Live.
