I am looking to get started in trading futures. I am interested in scalping a very liquid market using something like the Jigsaw tools. I really like the S&P e-mini. My problem is I have a day job. I am in the central time zone and my day job is from 7am - 4pm CT, most of the time. So I am looking for a fast and liquid market like the s&p emini, to trade in at around 7pm - 11pm CT. I know that I am not going to find anything as liquid or fast as the s&p emini, but I would like to find the closest one I can. Does any one have any recommendations about the best time and and fund to trade in this way at these hours?

I have the same problem, but I live in Europe. Thus, I like trading the US markets in the evening (European time). You might want to have a look at the Japanese (or other Asien or Australian) stock indices markets. I have no idea about liquidity there, as they trade when I am sleeping.
I was told the ES is smoother but still relatively active during the first hours of the European market. I must trade US morning hours though, so I never looked into it.
I took a week's worth of Marco Simoni's Nightly Patterns in my evaluation of Dr. Dean Handley's trade titans. He has put about 6 years of research into developing a series of patterns. He recommends a simple buy/sell at close of market 1-2 times per week. Investors are encouraged to leave the trade on overnight and close just before market open the following day. Like any system, he has had some losing trades, but he shares his results going back 3 years. He batted 1.000 since I took the trial. Once I start trading with real money, I intend to follow him for overnight gains.
