Is this even possible?? Pending Order Management from Indicator..

Hi everyone,
I am looking to extend an indicator so that when I place a limit order on the chart, it will be able to find that limit order and manage it's location.

I was able to have some success in the management of trades that were filled by hacking some code from the awesome chart trader add on from the elite forum here. However it seems that using it's method where it loops through NinjaTrader.Cbi.Globals.Accounts to find a matching account will only return an account if there is an actual MarketPosition filled. Otherwise if I am flat I can not seem to even get a return for the account itself let alone a Limit order that is pending for an entry.

Any help would be greatly appreciated as I am at a loss.
