NEW GAME - private vlog with peer critique

What I am proposing:

Any newbies that are serious about learning can screen capture and narrate their trades (think of it as a video trade log). Post a link in here, and by posting a link in here agree to get a critique and agrees to watch at least one other person's entry and critique their trade.

I figure a block of time no more than 4 hours of a backdated day? Say once a week. The video can't be longer than 1 hour? We can pick one instrument and a day to trade a week so everyone is on the same page.

Screen capture is cheap you can use a private room in Hangouts or use screen capture software and you can set up a private channel on YouTube and just post a direct link in here.

This way you can actually replay your decision process and see if there are on going issues you are having. Others get to see if there are interesting things or processes they can implement in action and can show you what you are not seeing. And you both get a chance to learn and grow by getting input and by giving input.

This is not concrete, but would love to see if can put something like this together. (I'll change the verbiage on this after I get some sleep). I like going back and reviewing by videos can see and hear where I was confident and where I was not in the game and can actually remember what I was doing and why when I write the trade log...
