As the pages are too wide for my 17" laptop screen with 22 or even 20 point type, could you please add a "mobile" option? (Usually m. before the URL or /mobile after the .com, but before the rest of the page's URL). Then its "not as horizontal" to view.
Can you help answer these questions from other members on NexusFi?
What is the resolution of your screen? NexusFi (formerly BMT) requires a 1280 px wide screen as minimum, I can't imagine any system within the last 10 years having less...
Ah, I see. (This one is probably 1024 x 768, though 17" wide) , Next time I'll use my other one with the 17.3" screen and probably higher resolution. Thanks.
I checked our analytics, only 4% of traffic to the site uses less than 1280px resolution. Even 4% seems high, I am curious what you are using and how old it is. I know there are tablets with 1024px resolution (Apple) but a desktop/laptop??
Its an HP 8710, which has the 16 x 10 aspect ratio I prefer (for the extra height) to that of everything newer, which all have the 16 x 9 ratio designed to mirror the present "letterbox" TV screen format. I hadn't even known of the "m." (or /mobile) formatting until the owner of a (non-financial) website told me that m. was the way to somewhat "square up" the pages.
Sorry Mike, I meant 1680 x 1050. (The lower res. was something I saw running a fix in Safe Mode). Anyhow, on the site that suggested that I use their m. prefix version, which DID get rid of the excess width, I can assure you they didn't code that option for me; they did it for their many users who go on their site on handheld devices like (I guess) iPhones.
I'm sure you also have a lot of users who do, so you might consider that option (or /mobile if that does the same thing) basically for THEM, like the non-financial site I meant did. BTW, you're of course correct about 16 x 10 vs. 16 x 9 being irrelevant; the (IMO, mistakenly ditched) 16 x 10 basically means extra height more than extra width.
If you are using a mobile device, then when you visit nexusfi.com (formerly BMT) you will see a banner that says to install Tapatalk. It's the best way to view nexusfi.com (formerly BMT) on that device right now.
