How can I remove all this irrelevant parts from the home page?

It's quite annoying. If they can't be removed, at least move them to the bottom and don't leave them on the first scroll.

Just reload the page and you can see that it doesn't stay hidden.

You are right! The titles settings are not saved.

As I am using most of the time the "New Posts" button on top - the main page for me is not so important.
Maybe that could help?
If not - wait for the upcoming forum update. For sure the pages will have easier handling.
