I think it's an indicator setting, rather than a "method"?

What do you mean by "102030?"

As far as I'm aware the momentum indicator is calculated on the basis of M = (CP / CPn) * 100, and its only setting should be the "n": the lookback period for the bar whose close is compared to the price of the current bar?
