I don't understand if you're looking for an automatic breakout system. In that case, I'm pretty sure that you won't find any profitable breakout system for free.
But if you want to try to build your own system and test it with paper trading. I like the Bulkowski Chart Patterns trading system.
There are some on FXCM's mirror trader but I've found the risk is the breakouts are often fakeouts so they pullback & stop you out ..Maybe the parameters are set to their optimum by the creator but I haven't had much joy.More joy on the automated trend/swing strategies as they are based on several time frames and indicators..

This trading business has nothing that's free. You get what you pay for, Period, with either sweat, tears and blood or cash. Name me one business, in any field, that you don't have to have money to start and to sustain, please. Money, cash, is the life blood of a business and really all endeavors in this material realm.
