I wonder if anyone can help with the code for a simple Showme for Tradestation as I have searched everywhere and can not find an answer. A simple Showme to put a dot on a bar number or an arrow above/below the bar, for example on the 5th bar of the day.

Any assistance would be much appreciated.

Thanks

Stormkicker,

you will have to count the bars in the code and reset the counter each day. For intraday charts something like this should work for the counter (barCounter would be a variable). Then when your counter reaches the desired number plot your dot.

Code
if Date <> Date[1] then
   barCounter = 0 ;

barCounter += 1 ;
