Interactive Brokers with https://github.com/ranaroussi/qtpylib for example, Kinetick/IQFeed in modifying something like this https://github.com/luketighe/IQFeed (may be tricky without the DTN API documention).

Thank for reply. I check all IB Kinetick and IQFeed but their price are too high for a non professional trader like me
So I reword my question: Exists any Eurex L1 realtime data feed that provide any kind of api with a price below 30$?
