there exists different version of HELP files for developers:

https://help.tradestation.com:443/09_02/tsdevhelp/tsdevhelp.htm

For example,using "SEARCH" button, try to find explanation of DTPoint.
I can find it only in 09_01 version. however, its obvious, that 09_02 should contain everything, that contains previous version. what happens? What's more, some of functions are searchable only in 08_08 version, that is not findable in 09_xx versions...

anyone can help?

I am sure the Tradestation support is able to explain that - maybe it's as simple as that these online documents are not complete (which I don't know, but could be an explanation based on your experience).

Apart from that I'd suggest to use the build in platform help directly to find what you are looking for.
