Ninjatrader Chart Loading Problem

Hi fellow traders, I'm wondering if anyone has/had similar problems with Ninjatrader. My Ninjatrader has problems loading charts lately, which has become a real headache for me. I use Ninja only for charting with IB paper account data, and only loads 3min charts. It worked fine until recently - sometimes some charts will say" no daily data found, please reload daily data" in the middle of the chart, which blocks my view. And sometimes one of my charts just comes up totally blank, while other charts load fine(for example, YM chart blank, but NQ loads fine, with same chart template), then sometimes all the charts will load fine. I'm not sure what caused the problem, and wondering if anyone has/had similar problem. Any suggestions to fix the chart loading problem much appreciated.

You will need to analyse the problem step by step

1. Do you have any problem with your internet connection ?
2. Make sure your documents folder is not on a web share with microsoft cloud
3. Load a simple bar chart without any indicators
4. Add indicators one by one
5. You could reset your NT DB
6. Have you checked your Hard Drive
