i am trying to use the NOFT Traders Order flow software in NinjaTrader8, Indian Markets, tick by tick data. Though the footprint charts are getting printed but there are a lot of anomalies found. Like delta is positive for continuous down bars. I am also not getting imbalances highlighted when they are clearly there.

Plus how to properly scale the prices (Log/Linear), as when I am shrinking the footprint charts the bars are getting so small, order flow data is illegible and in normal mode the bars are way too huge, do not fit the chart window.

Any help is highly appreciable!

make sure tick replay is activated in the ninjatrader options and in the data serie, then right click the chart and reload all historical data. this should fix the data gaps. if not, its probably a problem with the indicator itself aka based on the input settings.
