https://portal.ampclearing.com/account/commissionquote.aspx

Amp tiered pricing seems mighty cheap for less than 1000 contract per month traded. There must be a catch somewhere and Im just not seeing it.

Ill use ES as an example:

Ninja all in: 3.64
Amp flat rate CQG: 3.38
Amp tiered CQG: 1.94

Is the tiered price the all in round trip price because the website states: "This will be the Total All Fees Included Cost you will see on your AMP Trading Statement."

What am I not seeing here?

Tiered is per side. Because the tiered option is volume driven and each trade ie both the buy and sell side are each counted as 1 towards the volume tier

Thats what I thought but the website is conflicting. When you change the selection from flat rate to tiered the price changes from round trip to one side.
Its 3.88 for the first 500 round trips and then 3.58 per 2500 round trips.

One would have to do between 2500 and 5000 round trips in order to match the flat rate level. Not much of an incentive imo.
