It's outside Kinetick's service hours, so I'm just asking the crowd how much the data feed costs when using Globex products. Is it $55/month + $5/month/exchange for Level II data, or do you also have to add $91/month for each exchange whose data you access?

OK, so I'm going to answer my own question and call it a day. If you qualify for non-professional pricing you do NOT have to pay $91/CMEgroup exchange, just $55 + $5/exchange for level II pricing.
