HI
I have very limited knowledge of programming but have had some success iwth simply taking NT6.5 indicator CS files and recompiling them. I have tried to do with with the TrendingTCF available in the elite downloads.
I have attached a pic of the problem line of code and the relevant message from the compiler.

Just add a false (or a true) after argument #1:
DrawLine("blah", false, ...

Excuse my ignorance is that precisely...
(a) "DrawLine(CurrentBar.ToString,False(),2,DOWNTrend..."

(b) "DrawLine(CurrentBar,False.ToString (),2,DOWNTrend..."

(c) "DrawLine(CurrentBar.ToString(False),2,DOWNTrend..."

I know for you it is like showing a child how to put a square peg into a square hole... but I would be most grateful if you would let me know.

I tried a few combinations and it just seemed to make it worse.
True or False don't seem to work in any of those above combinations...
in fact it tells me the name False or True don't exist!

"DrawLine(CurrentBar.ToString(),False,2,DOWNTrend..."

Doesn't seem to work.
I don't suppose I could 'personal messsage' someone with the indicator- or if someone has it it to see if it works for them.
It just seems like a really brilliant indicator.

No, you'll have to do it yourself :
False is not false.

So it might be:
DrawLine(CurrentBar.ToString(), false, 2, DOWNTrend...

Oh.
It worked... of course.
The road to success is paved with idiotic mistakes... few walk that road.
