It depends on your trading plan. Typically it’s not worth the risk fir the way I trade. The RTH sessions relative volume is great than 24 sessions. In addition the TICK and Adv/Dec data is only available in RTH.

Why you don't watch the volume?
On days like today with a lot of computer-trading is a lot of volume. Since the open till now already 270k traded.

Lately (as in the last 2 weeks) during the overnight sessions the ES Depth of Market Volumes are typically 10-50 per price level. But on the opposite side, the market order queue is almost non-existent. If you watch the DOM, you will see 1-5 market orders come in per minute often times. So if you are using market orders, then there are plenty of limit orders to fill you, but if you are using limit orders, then you will have to sit there for a while.

I suggest you check out the latest stuff from Don Miller.
He does a lot of after hours trading. He also has some Youtube videos showing this.

Will check him out; I'm not to fond of gurus/teachers but he has good reviews as being transparent in his trades. I'll See if I can get some insight for the overnight session before I decide If trading the session is the route I want to go.

appreciate it!
