Broker that works with Russians (tax purposes)

Hi,

I already asked this question in the newbie's section and got a couple of options, none of which worked for me so I am looking for more input.

It so happens that I can file taxes in Russia at a tiny 6%, not bad considering taxes in the States. There is a tax treaty between the two countries that excludes double taxation. Everything is official and some people take advantage of it but do not quote me on this one ;-)

Now I just need to find a broker that allows its customers to file in Russia, i.e. works with customers in Russia. I am considering Ninja Trader and Interactive Brokers but wide open to other suggestions. Reliability is important to me; do not want any funny business with outgoing deposits. Other than that, I am willing to consider all available options.

I would like to trade futures and later, possibly, stocks. Options are somewhere in a very distant future.

I appreciated the promptness and openness of Optimus Futures, but AMT did not approve my application.

What else is out there?
