I'm unable to load the December contract (Z18) for, well, anything. Unable to download new contracts in through the "symbol download" function: It just hangs on "contacting CME" (or words to that effect).
Anyone else having this difficulty?
Can you help answer these questions from other members on NexusFi?
That's an odd one - best thing to do is skype me on id "JigsawTrading" and I'll do a screen share (or one of the Jigsaw support staff will).
CQG did change their feed to support 2 digit year codes & we released a patch for that last week - but this sounds like a different issue - so let's see if we can sort it out for you.

Ok, found the problem: For whatever reason DayTradr's downloading function (at least with IQFeed) will not work if any other applications are drawing on IQFeed--eg, charting programs. Close those, reboot DayTradr and then download. Once that's finished you can pull whatever else you've got and you're good to go.
