Plot a variable

I'm new to ninjatrader and trying to learn ninjascript/c#. I'm trying to create a simple indicator to get started. I have two variables called today and yesterday. I have two plots called blue and white. What is the line of code I would use to assign the each variable to a plot? Any help is appreciated. I've spent hours just trying to figure out this simple task and just can't do it.
