Hello there,
I've started using Thinkorswim since a week. Unfortunately I can't get my alerts to work. I've added a email address and entered the verification code. Still, I do not get any emails when a alert is triggered. Also, in Thinkorswim itself there is no popup showing neither any sound when a alert is passed.
Is it because I use papermoney perhaps? Not sure what I'm doing wrong. Would be nice if someone overhere could help me out.
