Hey everyone, is there a way to write a Profit Target strategy that would work with a manual order/position? I’m able to get it to work if my position was open using my strategy but the strategy will ignore manual entries. Thanks

Yasick,

you would have to make the strategy aware of your (manually created) position, then the strategy can exit this position when a target is met.
The following link should get you going:

Besides that you should be able to find several threads with additional information on this subject in the official Tradestation forum.

Regards,
