I've done journals before and I didn't find them useful for my trading. However, I am going to try it a little different this time because now it will be just about all video. The only descriptions will be time entry of trades and missed trades. That way I can fast forward the videos when I review them. A journal is a great place for my videos because they take up a lot of space on my computer. It's also not a bad idea to compete in the journal challenge. I do make commentary to myself from time to time in the videos. I started doing these videos from a prior webinar that Peter had with Jigsaw and I find it extremely helpful. My first video is just an extremely quick intro into how I trade. I really have only one setup and at this time I don't think I need more.
Here is my video for today. I was up so early in the morning so this is a longer video. I have some time stamps if you want to fast forward. My family is in the background and disturbed me when I was in a trade. It's pretty funny. However, I probably lost some profit because of it.
Fast forward just a tiny bit and the video will be clear
1:45 came to my level but missed entry
3:10 Hit my level - no entry
5:10 passed through my level - no entry
6:10 Entered - bad but exited quickly
9:55 Entry and was disturbed by family
18:10 Entered
23:00 missed entry
After 23:00 there is commentary until the end which is about 30:00
