API connection between NT8 and korean broker NH Futures platform

Hi, Have question about creating api connection between NT8 and korean platform NTS (NH Trading System).This broker offer API with supporting program Visual C++6.0 DLL. and NT8 support this.Informative its possible to create an API? And what would be cost for creating this API.
