How to get a server in theomne.net

Hello all, I'm new to this forum and i'm drinking for the firehose of information here. I was wondering if anyone could point me in the right direction. I want to get a server running on rithmics lan but when I call theomne.net - the sales line is disconnected! Has anyone else run in to this problem and/or gotten in touch with their sales department? Are they taking retail customers? Thanks, Chris
