Someone else went in and edited it with info that is likely to change in the future and I would like to be able to update it myself if need be, but I don't have an edit button.

Can you help answer these questions from other members on NexusFi?
It's a known bug, basically do not change the title of post #2 ("Quick Summary Post"). If you accidentally alter the title of that post, the system won't allow you to edit it again - and a moderator has to fix it. I will do so now, and then you should be able to edit it again.
@snax, I will attempt to fix this bug and I am going to use your journal/post as my test scenario, so please ignore any problems for the next few minutes while I test.
