Let me think about it some more. Initial thoughts are there isn't enough demand for wav files to have its own unique category. I also don't think the Educational category is appropriate. Perhaps a new more generalized Miscellaneous category but not a subset of NinjaTrader (there is currently NinjaTrader - Misc).
I like the idea a lot, however I think they should be collected into only a few posts... the way files are presented in this application takes up a huge amount of space with no TOC or way to consolidate... even my sound files would take up 20 pages of download space... a single line with the file attached and a brief description would be great if possible.
It's a bit difficult from time to time to locate some of these things folks talk about in here. Often, it's not in the download area, but buried deep in some related or non-related thread. I think this is a great idea!
Another forum member was looking for 2 sounds that are referenced in a recently posted indicator. If anyone has them, please post them here. They are:
'train.wav'
'alarma_submarino.wav'
'alert4.wav'
thanks.
After all, it's what you learn AFTER you know it all, that counts!
I pulled together some that I had or found in futures.io (formerly BMT). Please post others there that you like or *Especially* those called for in posted indicators and strategies.
I couldn't find those that sam028 said he would post. A link would be appreciated...
