Can you please suggest what value of N is to be set in swing high and swing low indicator in NT8 for below criteria
For swing highs you want the middle candle’s high to be higher than the highest point on the other two candles.
With a swing low, the candle should be lower than the lowest point on the other two candles.

I am not 100% sure what you mean, but if you want NinjaTrader to add a Swing high/low at the locations you requested you can use NTs stock Swing indictor set to a Strength of 1. This means that a swing high bar must have a higher high than the one preceding and the one following highs. A swing low should have a lower low than the one preceding and the one following lows.
The Swing indicator is the same as Bill Williams fractals, in that Bill defined a fractal as a swing high or low with a swing Strength of 2. This means that a swing high bar must have a higher high than the two preceding and the two following highs. A swing low fractal should have a lower low than the two preceding and the two following lows.
