I suggest sending an email to NT support with this image and any information you can give them about what happened before the error occurred.
This is a support issue best taken up with them. Looking for members here to debug your issues is probably not the best path for you. Go to the source.
Bob.

Edit: from the message, it looks like you have put some of the NT files on OneDrive, and that OneDrive is not currently available. You might want to check that you can connect and are signed in to OneDrive. Otherwise, the advice to email NT is still what I suggest.

I once got a similar message. The reason was because i had installed Ninjatrader at a different path than the one suggested on the C: drive at times of installation. Support can help and will even connect to your computer to correct the problem. Most probably they will install it on your document file on the C drive.
your software may have lost the Reference to the DLL that its looking for.....to add references to your software.....go into control panel....New...NinjaScriptEditor....pick out anything such as a strategy..pick on any strategy...code will appear....but you are just going to right button mouse click on the code....menu will come up ....pick References......all your reference to the software will come up.....these are the references that are attached....see if NinjaTrader.Custom.dll is there...if not.. ....you may be missing some....go to add....at the bottom of the list of references....and add that reference that you are looking for. you may have to scroll up or down to find it........Ninjatrader.Custom.dll I think it was..just double click and it will add to your references for the program......what is a bit strange as I look at it....is that your path is referring to OneDrive....the software should be on your computer....and a copy maybe over at onedrive.....actually I turn off one drive when using Ninja Trader....because it causes problems.....but your error is looking for a reference you dont have or the path is incorrect....that should fix your problem....but i would also talk with support....they may recommend turning off one drive for Ninja Trader

I agree with others that you very likely are having a dll reference issue. This is one of the big reasons I use the 3rd party dll approach for my indicators and strategies. Personally, I don't care for the way NT8's built in dll reference works and find that the 3rd party approach allows much more flexibility as well.
