VERY nice 123 but its after the fact. How many bars do you reay need to see closed BEFORE you see this setup ready to get into the trade? When bar # 3 closed, you still do not know that # 4 will end long. You have a break up, take the trade and its closed down..... So if you wait for # 4 to close, its allready to late.

The articles on the 1-2-3 Reversal can be found on these posts....post #2189 an article by Mark Crisp and in post #2106 by Trader Vic (look at the Trader Vic chart that is in this post)

Read these articles then find someone to teach it to. This will reinforce what you have learned.

Remember.....you don't need any indicators to see this pattern. No dots, no paint bars, no moving averages.

In this pic he marks #1 for long totaly different than yours. You marked the lowest low bar that you would not know that its the low for a few more bars....

Well.....it's hard to use a trend reversal trade if a trend has not occured to reverse from.

I mean that after a nice trend, you get your 123 but the market will then go sideways. BTW, you chnaged your chart now to Sbs range 10? What happened to the 30 range?

No one knows what the market will do after a trend......it may reverse, it may consolidate.

Yes, I took a look at the 10 tick sbs renko yesterday. As you may recall.....I usually use the 20 and 30 range bar charts with the 5/30 minute.
