Each year, Thanksgiving gives us time to stop and reflect. Let us all be thankful for what we have, when so many are going without.
I am extremely grateful for what I have in life. I look around, and I have everything someone could desire. But there are many, many people that are going hungry because of what is happening in the world today.
I don't know about you, but I want to help!
So this Thanksgiving weekend (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) I will be donating 100% of money raised from new Elite Memberships. I also invite you to donate using the link below if you are already an Elite Member!
As you may know, my wife and I started a 501(c)3 charitable foundation named "Oasis Americas" so that we could help those desperately in need. This means your donations are likely tax deductible, and it means we have flexibility for how we raise and distribute the funds.
Your single donation to our Oasis Americas charity will be evenly divided for you as follows:
33.3% to Feeding America
33.3% to World Central Kitchen
33.3% to No Kid Hungry
These three organizations are focused on helping feed people and provide basic necessities to those that are truly in need.
As always, 100% of all money raised will be donated. I will publicly report everything here in this thread for accountability.
I am processing the donations from existing Elite Members, as well as counting up the new Elite Memberships that will be donated by NexusFi on their behalf.
I want to thank everyone who participated in this fundraiser! I understand it's hard times for many people, so giving money is more difficult than ever, so thank you!

Now, in addition to the above, we also have the below new Elite Memberships which signed up over the weekend, and which 100% of their membership fees will be donated to charity as well by NexusFi. Below is a report from our system:
In the end, we raised a total of $600 from new Elite Memberships and $924.33 from existing Elite Members. So the grand total of funds raised is $1524.33!
Thank you to everyone who contributed! I will follow-up shortly with the receipts of the donations to the organizations I listed in the first post above, where I will split these funds and donate them to those places.

Here is a photo from my wife's phone, of my phone, showing the Chase mobile app and the three pending charges from the charity - so there is no doubt the transactions were 100% genuine.
