SC uses C++, AFL is Amibroker exclusive language. I don't know any "auto-convert" system which can convert from other between two different languages. (I could be wrong about it)
So, process is hire a coder who knows both and hope he can do good job on it or do it yourself. Also, there is good chance that what you are looking for might already be there on SC, so might want to ask around or straight up post a coding request.
