I have a house to sell and feel the end of year we are going to have problems with economy interest rate inflation . . what data would you look at to determine a top like demand supply ratio How long houses are on the market , forclosure rate . I am in Florida . Any thoughts on real estate market forcast .

I like lumber as a 6-12 month leading indicator. But with mortgage assistance programs due to Covid I am not really sure what is going to happen. If the government continues to dig people out with programs it may prop up, until it doesn't...
