Not sure if this topic should be here or in the TradeStation forum (move if need be).

I've written a couple different custom strategies, is there a way to "stack" them so that they work together?

I.e. each strategy limits where I buy or sell then it only buys/sells the culmination of those strategies?

If I stack each strategy together right now I'm getting multiple buy/sell orders.

CreativelyChris,

when you combine different strategies on the same chart, Tradestation will treat them "as one strategy" to some extend. For example reserved words will return the
same value in each strategy. However, they will still be independent in their logic and by default not share values with each other. This can result in the behavior you are describing.

The easiest way to accomplish what you have in mind will likely be combining the strategies in one code and managing the position based on the individual calculations
of each strategy component.

Regards,

ABCTG
