Where do I find futures contract specs(tick value, intraday margin) of an instrument that was added from the instruments list? All help will be appreciated.

there you should find everything you need (you will not find intraday-margin, because you get this from the broker)

Unlike stocks or FOREX, futures conctracts are traded at single exchange. That exchange has the contract specifications and you will find it on the website of the exchange.
For example, contract specifications for MES can be found at the website of CME group:

If you look for the contract specifications for FDXM you will find them here

https://www.eurex.com/ex-en/markets/idx/mini-dax


NinjaTrader:

Open the instrument settings with the instrument manager from the Control Center -> Tools -> Instruments

You will find exchange, currency, point value and tick size.


Intraday Margin:

The intraday margin requirements are set by your broker. They are not part of the contract specifications published by the futures exchange.
