Like the title of the topic already says: What can you imagine or what is important in the coming year, in your life to change, to improve or whatever? This is not about what to improve in trade, this is about normal, daily life with its small and bigger hurdles, however you may see it.

I am not asking for simple answers like: I want to stop smoking or I want to lose weight and all those simple numbers.

No. I am asking, or better, proposing to present here ideas from whatever direction and whatever, of which anyone who wants can put them in his arsenal to see how they work or how he/she can implement them.

I'll start with this idea, which I already tried a long time ago, but then fell back into old patterns:

Instead of eating salty things with fat, like chips, I switch again to fresh tomatoes that I sprinkle with lots of sea salt. Thus, I have solved the desire for salty and at the same time no fat absorbed.

Say, I hope in 2 months to get one very cool trading certificate through passing the exam via Proctoredu.
