Hi,

1) If in a down trend market, for example, at point A, take Short position

and at the bottom of it, for example, at point B, take Long position to

complete the above trade;

Is that Long position in the second position, determines the profit and

ends the trade?

Is, point A from the short position( the first position) is the target or Take Profit / TP,

( point A = Take Profit / TP )?

And

2) In (up trend market), while the first position is the Long position and

the second position, which should be the opposite position,

ie the short / second position;

IS the second position determines the profit at a point equal to the entry point, ie the

Long point?

3) And in the first position should we put take Profit and stop loss or should we put them in

the second position step?

Thanks a lot,

Yes

Well no. In the example above you defined point A as the "starting point" (Short position) so point A is the Origin. The Target would be point B.

Long point?

If you exit the Long position by placing a short trade (as per your definitions) at a point equal to the entry point you do not have a profit. You would have a "break even" trade.

the second position step?

I don't understand this last question.

I meant by the question No.3 that; At a futures trade, when should place values of TP / SL :

at first position or at the second one ?
