According to Sierra's benchmarking test on Teton vs. CQG Web API, order submission can take up to 11.5 times longer on CQG. Whether that can be really substantiated is unclear. There are many factors that go into latency for order submission.

As for other and more direct benefits, there is no $.10 routing fee or monthly connection premium that other vendors like CQG and Rithmic charge, and there are some nice back-end tools that are helpful to control risk and margins more easily from a broker standpoint.

Hi,

i don't use the service yet, but i will be in the SC webinar today about the topic ("Sierra Chart Teton Order Routing at Edge Clear" @EdgeClear). I have to wait till the EUREX connection is completed. In the SC Board there is an excellent thread which describes the differences and implementation details of the new order routing service. It's quite a good read!

When will IronBeam offer support?

We are completing the integration this weekend and plan on doing some testing Monday before offering it to all customers either Tuesday or Wednesday.

I just quit my account on Sierra for many reasons. Have been a polite user for two years paying top-dollar but I am treated like a dog.
The software is state of art but customer care and support is just laughable.

I have been using SC Teton for over a month now. (Broker-Stage5Trading, ClearingFirm-Advantage Futures).

No Issues.
