Look into Dr Leah Lagos.
She has a book called "Heart Breath Mind"
It's HRV training. She works with a few Hedge Fund Traders.
Have a look on youtube there's a 4 minute video of Tim Ferriss talking about it.
There's also a great interview on the Star Talk podcast with Neil Degrasse.
I'd post the links but I don't have enough posts.


The book is pure gold.
