I only see TradeStation at supported data feeds,
https://www.multicharts.com/features/data-feeds/

But do not see TradeStation at support brokers.
https://www.multicharts.com/features/brokers/

So the answer seems negative.

But you can contact Multicharts support to confirm it.

No.

Tradestation brokerage is only accessible with Tradestation software
