What is the best way to find the lowest price in a variable length series of bars in ThinkScript and its location?

With Lowest(Low, <number>)[x], the value must be a constant. GetValue(Low, <number>) [x] references only one bar.

I seek to find the lowest price in a variable length series of bars a known number of bars ago AND its relative location.
