Do any of you coders know how code a center line on bottom panel indicator, say on a stochastic indicator? I am adding a ray line but it keeps disappearing it doesn't want to stay put.
This will be my first time coding on NT

You mean a straight horizontal line? Couple of choices to do what you want.

You cannot alter an indicator that came with NinjaTrader such as 'Stochastics'.
You can make a copy of the indicator with a different name and add your line to that.

Open a NinjaScript Editor and open the indicator in it.
Right click on the code and 'Save As' with your new name.
It will open automatically.

You can look at an indicator that already has a line such as 'Trix' to see how to add the line.

Then just compile and your indicator will be available.
