So What Version of NinjaTrader 6.5 are you on??

I am on .10

I haven't loaded .11 or .12

If you are on these versions, Are they running OK?

I've loaded .12 version of Ninja Trader since it came out and have had zero issues. So far so good.

Am using .12, you can look at the change log to see what was changed. It works fine, I only upgraded to .12 over .10 because I recently reinstalled my system (for Windows 7 RTM).

I did have to reinstall piersh's PHgenetic GO because ninja overwrote the Strategy.cs during install, but that was to be expected, I had just forgot about it so it caused a few seconds of confusion.
