ninZa.co is legit, and they have a few hidden gems of add-ons for NT8. I have purchased a couple of their indicators, and I was not disappointed. As well, their customer service and coupons are great. However, since they are not located in my region USA, sometimes communication responses are delayed - my days are their nights....
I will say this; they REALLY go the extra mile for customer service issues. I know, I have had a few. Neologic is correct about the time difference. It can be a 24 hr wait because of the time, but they do use such and such a platform, and are very active.
I have had no problems with the indicators freezing up the computer and really like the way they handle the license issue. The license manager is done by the customer after you log into NinZa and you wont have to contact the company if and when the NT8 license is kicked out because of an upgrade.
Who they generally use for "training/instruction" is obnoxious. They have a program that offers a discount for those who demonstrate their indicator on a public site (i.e. YT) and so, they have a guy named James, who frequently does this. What he does is point out what we already know by demonstrating the indicator after the fact. Sort of a Capt Obvious who points out where you should buy or sell and points out the signals on the chart. That doesnt help me. I have told them we need more training videos, but still waiting. I recently purchased an indicator called Zephyrus, and it isnt cheap. It looks promising if I can figure out how to use it.
My only complaint is I wish they would do indicators for additional platforms. I really want something more than NinjaTrader since I can no longer trade Stocks.
That's funny, but also true in my experience with them. The Funny thing about your statement is that I am pretty sure Grace & Hannah are just Aliases, along with those photos, to protect their personal lives from their online personas. Nevertheless, In my experience they have provided the best customer service of all of the companies that I have ever purchased from selling NT8 Indicators! Their support is awesome, and I only wish them the Best!
