Most likely it is the order in which you've added your indicators to the chart. Check the order and then remove/add as necessary to duplicate the working chart. Or just save the working one as a template.

You are looking into Z-Order.
To change Z-Order of indicator, you select that indicator by clicking on it on the chart, then holding "Shift" Key and rotating mouse wheel.
