Building Consistency: My Forex and Crypto Trading Journal

Hi everyone,

I知 starting this journal to track my trading decisions and become more consistent. I mainly follow forex and crypto, focusing on market structure, support and resistance, and simple trend confirmation.

My main goals are:

Risk only a small amount on each trade
Avoid impulsive entries and overtrading
Record the reason for every entry and exit
Review both winning and losing trades honestly
Focus on execution rather than daily profit

I値l use this thread to post setups, results, mistakes, and lessons learned along the way.

My biggest challenge has always been staying patient when there is no clear setup, so discipline will be the main focus of this journal.
