I got banned by Alpha futures for alleged hedging. It was not intentional but Replikanto (The trade copier I used on NT) got out of sync and somehow opened and closed positions within the same second. On top of that, 2 occurences happened in March and 1 in May and all are on entirely different accounts. 5 months later, I requested 2x 10K payouts and they got approved, I also had 20K in profit on the live account. Last week, and after approval, they banned me and cancelled the payouts. Any recommendations other than giving up? I know I should open my own account and trade my own money ...

Traders, be aware. They cancelled their premium accounts several weeks ago, most payments if they pay are delayed and they are banning many users.

Yeah, You are not alone. Broken rule is broken rule. It is not something to talk about. i got burned the same way with other companies that have same rule.

When you use trade copier you need to make sure all accounts are filled. It is very tricky in a fast moving market. It require a different trading strategy with pre defined target and stop loss orders. you need to have all accounts open so you can see positions accross.

People think that copier is going to help. If not careful enough, it creates a big headache like you experience.
